"Free, In Home estimate" refers to verbal estimate only. Earthgroup Construction and Remodeling or any of it's representatives are not obligated and reserve the right not to give written estimates if representative chooses so.

A non refundable retainer fee may be agreed upon and assessed prior to written estimates given by Earthgroup Construction and Remodeling representative for any written estimates including but not limited to estimates required for 3rd party approval  such as insurance claims and condo associations. In matters of insurance customer can sign over power of attorney to Earthgroup Construction and Remodeling to avoid retainer fee. In which case Earthgroup Construction and Remodeling will deal with insurance company directly including all billing and customer will only be responsible for deductible with insurance company if applicable.

Retainer fees usually range between $200 to $400 depending on the amount of work required in order to prepare estimate. The retainer fee will be deducted from the project price if the customer chooses to go ahead with project estimated.
